C: Voice Level 2 (only the people next to you can hear you and no shouting across the room)
H: Ask your team, elbow partner or raise hand
A: Work on the assignment
M: Stay in your assigned seat
P: Work till assignment is completed
S: Finishing your work
Beginner: U, R, and K Keys :: Due Friday, September 3 :: 10 Points
1. Log in to typing.com
2. Click Lessons
3. On Beginner Tab, Click Beginner: U, R, and K Keys (this is due Friday, September 3): 10 Pts.
4. Begin Typing (Please DO NOT GO PAST THIS LESSON! It will RESET if you do!)
NOTE!!! No late TYPING will be accepted!!!!
If you are finished or waiting, work on Clever (iREADY)!
Students click on the Clever icon on the desktop
Sign in using the username & password (same as logging into computer)
Click on the square that says iReady
Continue until time is up!
Lessons have been assigned to them based on their diagnostic test results both in Math and Reading. Within each lesson are brain break games. The district is pushing a goal of 45 minutes per week on Online Lessons in ELA and 45 minutes per week in Math to close the gaps found in the diagnostic. Math and ELA are providing some of that time during the week, but not all.

WHAT ARE WE LEARNING: The common keyboard shortcuts for most applications on the computer
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT: These make you look like a wizard. Also they help you do tasks more quickly on the computer
HOW WILL MY TEACHER KNOW WHAT I LEARNED: You complete your notes and prepare for upcoming assignment
ASSIGNMENT! Due Today...10 Points!
Instructions (Note...You will be correcting this in class BEFORE you click turn in!):
Open an new (+NEW) document in MicroSoft Word (either through OneDrive or through MicroSoft Word...this document WILL NOT be turned in)
Write a simple sentence: The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.
Now apply the following Shortcuts to a word or the sentence to find out what it does.
When completed we will go over each shortcut!
Ctrl + Z Ctrl + C Ctrl + V Ctrl + X Ctrl + A Ctrl + B Ctrl + U Ctrl + L Ctrl + R Ctrl + E Ctrl + F
Open the ATTACHED DOCUMENT on the Assignment in TEAMS (Shortcuts!) and click EDIT IN BROWSER. When complete wait with the document OPEN, you may correct it BEFORE turning it in!
When the class is done with the sheet, we will go over the shortcuts and you may correct your document before turning it in!
ONCE YOU ARE DONE CORRECTING THE FORM DURING CLASS, Close the document and then CLICK TURN IN ON THE TOP RIGHT!
COMPLETING THIS ASSIGNMENT IS WORTH 10 POINTS AND SHOULD BE DONE DURING CLASS!
When you are done correcting your document:
Close the document
Click TURN IN
