Create Contact Me Form in FORMS (5 Points)
MUST add 5 "Questions"...for example: What is your name? etc (1 Point per entry= 5 points)
1 Photo added to the form matching your theme (5 Points)
Add the form to your CONTACT ME page (5 Points)
TOTAL = 20 Points for the CONTACT PAGE!
Did you fill out the form (link left) PASTE (CTRL+V) THE LINK TO YOUR WEBSITE in the form!
Click SUBMIT on the FORM!
TOTAL = 10 Points for the LINK TO YOUR WEBSITE!
But remember: if you don't give the link, you lose ALL points!
REMEMBER TO CLICK PUBLISH AGAIN BEFORE TURNING IN THROUGH TEAMS!
TURN IN YOUR SITE:
Now go to TEAMS and click OUR CLASS
Click ASSIGNMENTS
Select WEBSITE PROJECT: ABOUT ME!
Once you have checked that you have met the criteria, submitted your link and Published your site...Click TURN IN!
